Customer Success Manager - Unlimited
We are looking for someone to provide great service to our clients.
Who:
Someone with a positive attitude and the drive for continuous improvement who is also very friendly and analytical.
What:
Maintain Net Promoter Score (NPS) above 70
Communicate with client, vendors, and colleagues via email, chat (including Skype), and phone to resolve issues and to process orders.
Respond to all inquiries within 6 hours.
Receive at least 5 5-star reviews every month
Complete 25 hours of continuing education training every year.
Be available to work 9am to 6pm NYC Time (GMT -5) EST
Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods
Skills and Experience:
Must Have:
High Proficiency in Computers - must pass our computer skills test with a score of at least 18.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
2+ years in customer service
Proficiency in English - 80% percentile on our English Test
Proficiency in Math - 80% percentile on our Math Test
Excellent phone etiquette
Nice to have:
High Proficiency in Excel - 80% percentile on our Test
Customer service experience in Fortune 500 company.
